The staff were exceptionally helpful, which made all the difference from the moment of arrival. I loved the location, right across from a beautiful park, perfect for leisurely walks. The room was spacious and clean, ideal for a short getaway. Breakfast offered delicious eggs cooked to order, and the outdoor terrace dining area created a lovely atmosphere to unwind in. I faced some inconvenience as I couldn't get a drink at the bar because it was fully booked for dinner later in the evening. I felt a little disappointed by this, as it would have been nice to have that option after a long day. The noise insulation in the room wasn’t great, so I could hear other guests moving about, which interrupted my sleep.

Had a fantastic weekend at Parkzicht with friends. The rooms were spacious and the location is perfect, right next to a park and close to the city center. We explored the Van Abbe Museum and strolled through the beautiful Stadswandelpark, which was a great escape from the hustle. Staff was friendly and helpful.
One downside was that the breakfast options were somewhat limited, though the quality was great. You could order eggs, but I expected a bit more variety.
